Help the Pro-Life Women of Congress
Did you know that almost one of every two pregnancies in the District of Columbia ends in abortion?
Now President Obama wants YOU to pay for these abortions.
For months we have known the bailout of the abortion industry was coming; now it is here. President Obama has made his first move to use our tax dollars to directly pay for abortions.
The Pro-Life Women of Congress and the Susan B. Anthony List are fighting for you against the first step in the Abortion Bailout.
It is already a great tragedy that the District of Columbia has the highest abortion rate in the country. The Alan Guttmacher Institute, the research arm of Planned Parenthood, reports that over 7,200 abortions a year are performed in D.C. That means that nearly half of all pregnancies in the District of Columbia end in abortion.
Sending our tax dollars to fund abortions will only increase the number of abortions in the District of Columbia. We must not allow this tragedy to continue. Please take action to defend Life and stop the funding of abortion in D.C. today.
